Improvements and fixes

The "Outage summary" table now lists a month's inverter faults with each fault's energy lost. Reports now print in four more languages.

• In a plant's "Reports" page, the "Outage summary" table lists the month's inverter faults per inverter or per station, with events, duration and energy lost.
• The "Outage summary" can show the revenue the lost production would have earned, for members with the accounting permission.
• Reports can now be generated in six languages, with Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese joining English and German.
• The component-outage summary no longer marks each inverter's curve on the analysis graph or the production page.
• The assistant no longer answers with incoherent text.
• On the networking page, a web interface that was detected once is no longer removed when it is not detected again.
