Improvements and fixes

Filters on the activity page's column headers each show a live count of their values. The dashboard opens on its default tab without loading the other list first.

• A report chapter containing only comments can no longer be sent to the report library.
• The created column now has a sort menu for created, started, stopped, closed and updated times.
