Improvements and fixes

In the web app, the ticket list sorts by most recent activity, and support-thread images zoom with scroll or pinch and pan while zoomed.

• A support thread moves to the top of the ticket list after a reaction or edited public message.
• A support thread opens scrolled to its newest message.
• Images in a support thread no longer reload while a comment is typed.
