Raw wind curtailment columns no longer come back empty

The raw curtailment columns of a wind plant settled as "Spitz Wind (power curve)", "Spitz Wind light (reference wind speed)" or "Pauschal Wind (flat rate)" no longer come back empty in exports. They now carry the value.
