A new plant's inverters now take the datasheet they report. The plant's battery status is now confirmed by the first battery reading.

• An inverter that reports its own manufacturer and model now gets the matching datasheet at a new plant.
• A new plant's battery status is now confirmed by the first battery reading instead of starting as none.
