Improvements and fixes

The plant's components page shows each component's last change. Events of the two legacy shutdown types no longer appear in a plant's event list.

• A ticket created from an event on the events page now names that event.
• A batch edit to strings, inverters or combiner boxes now appears in the plant's event list under each affected component.
• A data logger's Pause entry in its menu no longer disappears after a failed data collection.
