Improvements and fixes

The components page can start a deep analysis for a past date, and data exports can be written with German column headers and metric names.

• On a plant's components page, "Deep Analysis" in the review status starts the on-site analysis for a past date you choose.
• The data export has a "Language" option: column headers and metric names are written in English or German.
