Improvements and fixes

Inverter alarms now reach your event list, implausible readings are filtered out, production curves run in 15-minute steps, and setpoints and grid limits are visible.

• Your plant's event list now carries the alarms a Huawei or SMA inverter raises, timed by the device's own clock, and closes them when withdrawn.
• Your Solar-Log, Huawei, Sungrow and SMA devices no longer deliver impossible values such as a 0 Ohm insulation resistance or a 5,693 V phase.
• Your components are flagged "Reduced output" only on far more extreme readings now, and the flag clears on the first good day.
• An outage on a dead inverter no longer closes and re-opens through the morning when one stray reading reaches its combiner boxes.
• All inverters behind a Fronius Datamanager are read again after a night restart, and the logger still reports when an optional sensor card stops answering.
• Production curves for each component now follow the day in 15-minute steps instead of filling in hour by hour.
• If your plant runs on a Phoenix Contact Power Control Unit 4.0, you now see the grid operator and direct marketer limits and battery setpoints.
• You can now see the active-power setpoint your SMA Sunny Central inverters are held to; it was not recorded for them before.
