Improvements and fixes

A data logger's own web interface and its stored login now open straight from a plant's logger list.

• A plant's data logger list now has a "Proxy" column that opens the logger's own web interface from its row.
• In the stored-login dialog, the user name or the password can now be copied with one click.
• On a plant with more than 100 network devices, a device's proxy link opens the device's own interface again instead of a wrong address.
• After two-factor authentication is switched on, the proxy links in the network device and data logger tables appear at once, without a page reload.
