Add an INTILION scalecube storage as a data logger

You can now add an INTILION scalecube storage as a data logger. You then read the whole unit: its converters, its battery skids and their racks, with power, charge and discharge limits, state of charge, and the grid operator's limits on both charging and feed-in. Your plants receive this with their next agent update.

• During setup, say whether the logger is the plant controller or a battery unit controller under "Unit type".
• Enter the "Battery unit identifier" exactly as it stands on that unit's feeder relay, so the readings stay together.
• Pick it from the list of loggers yourself: a network scan cannot name these controllers.
• You see the cells' highest and lowest voltage and temperature, and the cycles the battery counts itself.
• Your controllers are only ever read, never given commands.
