Weather wind speed no longer reads 3.6 times too high

Wind speed and wind gusts from the weather service were previously recorded in km/h while every reading was labelled m/s, so the values shown were about 3.6 times too high. They are now recorded in m/s. Values recorded earlier keep the old figure. Your plants receive this with their next agent update.

• Wind speed and direction at 180 m height are now recorded alongside the existing heights.
