A wind plant's curtailment settlement method can now be chosen

On a wind plant's "Market" tab, "Settlement method" now offers "Spitz Wind (power curve)", "Spitz Wind light (reference wind speed)" and "Pauschal Wind (flat rate)". Curtailed energy and its compensation are settled turbine by turbine against each turbine's certified power curve, and the plant figure is their sum.

• A wind plant with no method set is settled as "Spitz Wind (power curve)".
• The remuneration profile of a wind plant is entered as tender phases and awards, with the turbines under each award.
• A turbine's hub height and its reference turbine are set in its details on the components page.
• A solar method cannot be chosen for a wind plant, nor a wind method for a solar plant.
