Hand a technician remote access to a plant without an account

You can now hand an external technician remote access to a plant as a link with its own password. They open a page that gives them the connection file, shows whether the connection is live, and lets them read the server's settings and log and test their own side. Nothing is downloaded on your screen.

• Sharing gives out new keys, so files you handed out earlier stop working and current connections drop.
• "Diagnostics" runs a ping and a port check against the remote-access address and the networks behind it.
• "Server configuration" and "Server log" show what the router must match and what the server reports.
• Your team can run the same port check on a plant's remote access, or ask the assistant to.
• You can see every visit, download, check and log view the technician made.
