Share files and folders with people outside your organization

You can now send a file or folder from a plant or your organization to someone outside it. They open it with a link plus a 6-digit code or a password you set, within the expiry, visit and download limits you choose. The new "Shares" tab lists every share and what each visitor did.

• You can let the recipient upload files to you instead, or both ways, with an email for each upload.
• Restrict a folder to a job, an organization role or single members before you share anything.
• Revoke a share at any time, and delete the shared files with it if you want.
• You can see each visit with the city, country, browser and operating system it came from.
• You can send the link by email, and the code always travels separately.
