Plant pages now show days in the plant's own timezone

The "Production", "Turbines", analysis and battery dashboard pages now draw days, heatmaps and curtailment in the plant's own timezone, including 23-hour and 25-hour days at a daylight-saving switch. On the dashboard, a zone selector aligns every plant to the browser zone, UTC or one chosen zone.

• On the plant pages, the plant's timezone is named next to the date picker.
• Manual curtailment values are shown in the plant's zone.
