Revenue figures now use each plant's tariffs and contracts

Revenue on the dashboard and the revenue page is now valued with each plant's tariffs, contracts and fees instead of a flat rate. The running month shows a price, and each figure reads "Final", "Provisional", "Estimated" or "Not calculated".

• Plants without a market price are priced as German EEG, with a note.
• Exports and reports carry the period's revenue total with a badge showing how it was priced.
• A dashboard view with nothing priced reads "Not calculated" instead of "Final".
