Improvements and fixes

The "Alarm Manager" no longer offers an acknowledge action; alerts open and close by the plant's state alone.

• The "Alarm Manager" alert's detail page now shows who was notified.
• Plant sum and per-inverter rules no longer fail to save in the "Alarm Manager" when the outage report is off.
• The support composer takes a pasted screenshot as an inline image.
• The support ticket list shows the plant in a sortable column.
• The notification bell's list no longer leaves the page frozen when an alert in it is opened.
