A plant's "Events" page now lists every event as a table

The plant menu's "Events" page now replaces "Activity" under "Core Data". It lists every event of the plant as a table, open ones on top, with Source and Component header filters and a search box.

• Each row on the "Events" page now shows the linked component.
• A time range picker in the "Events" toolbar now limits the list to a window.
• A row on the "Events" page now opens the event dialog.
